You will be the connective tissue between regulatory expectation and day-to-day operational reality, ensuring the company operates safely, compliantly, and at the speed the business demands.\nYou will play a critical role in maintaining and evolving the second line of defence - designing risk methodologies, monitoring exposures, and giving the Board and senior management a clear, honest view of the risks the business carries.
