Solution Architects create comprehensive architecture designs that meet both the functional and non-functional requirements of a project, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and maintainability. Solution Architects consider the bigger picture, understanding how their designs impact the organization as a whole.\nIn this role, effective communication is crucial. Solution Architects must be able to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. They facilitate collaboration and ensure that all team members are on the same page.\nYour Responsibilities\nCollaborate with technology teams and business analysts to design solutions that meet business needs and are of high quality.\nPropose innovative and practical solutions to address business challenges.\nEnsure that proposed solutions align with the organization's strategic goals and technological capabilities.\nServe as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.\nCommunicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.\nDeliver detailed implementation plans that can be executed by client services.\nWork on multiple projects concurrently.\nExpected Results\nDeliverables completed within timelines and budget.\nResults are communicated on a regular cadence through detailed and insightful reports.\nExecution on complexity of designs.\nAccuracy of implementation estimates.\nRole Requirements\nExtensive experience, 3+ years in software development, systems engineering, or a related field is required. Solution Architects should have a deep understanding of various technologies, including databases, cloud platforms, programming languages, and infrastructure. \nProven ability to work on multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines.\nTech-savvy. Ability to quickly figure things out on your own when working with various tools. This is crucial for this position. \nAccountable, mature, responsible, organized, and delivers on promises.\nProficiency in designing scalable, reliable, and secure systems or applications. Solution Architects should be skilled in creating architecture diagrams and documentation.\nExperience working in a fast-paced environment while being able to manage and prioritize changing deadlines.\nPossess the passion for helping businesses succeed through a commitment to continuous improvement, critical thinking, reliance on facts (not just data), and rolling up your sleeves to get it done. \nFlexibility to shift working hours to join client or internal calls across US time zones as needed - not a fixed schedule requirement, but availability for calls when they arise.\nBenefits and Perks\nThe base salary for this role is USD $100,000 to $130,000. With bonus opportunities, total target compensation is $120,000-$150,000, commensurate with experience. Outstanding candidates may be considered for higher ranges.\nNote: For roles filled via an Employer of Record (EOR), final compensation is subject to review prior to offer, based on local market rates and statutory costs.\n\nThe company pays 50% of health insurance benefits for you and your dependents.
