As a MuleSoft Engineer your key responsibilities include, acknowledgement and troubleshoot MuleSoft related issues across the environments on different platforms. \n\n- Manage the platform to achieve consistency across API portfolios. Create and maintain operational runbook and knowledge base. \n\n- You must combine technical skills with business knowledge while maintaining focus on communication and collaboration. \n\n- You will collaborate with development and cross functional teams across the organization. \n\n- The Platform must be maintained to achieve secure and scalable in alignment with portfolio objectives.\n\nExperience And Required Skill Sets :\n\n- 5+ years of experience in Mulesoft platform administration and support.\n\n- Support for API operations including SLAs, Availability, Incident, Change & Problem Management.\n\n- Perform maintenance (patching), optimize performance, and resolve CI/CD pipeline-related issues.\n\n- Hands-on experience with MuleSoft Runtime Fabric (RTF) on-prem and Flex Gateway deployments.\n\n- Perform platform activities such as certificate renewal, upgrades, and environment health checks.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes clusters: access pods, analyze application logs and troubleshoot failures across services.\n\n- Build, maintain, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines for automated build, deployment and release processes.\n\n- Manage source code repositories using GitHub and follow version control best practices.\n\n- Strong experience in Python scripting for automation, monitoring, and operational tasks.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud platform for managing infrastructure and MuleSoft deployments.\n\n- Experience in monitoring and log analysis using splunk for support and troubleshooting.\n\n- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for production support and issue resolution.\n\n- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.\n\n- Demonstrated experience across the full service development lifecycle including monitoring, alerting, and tracing.\n\n- Working experience in Agile environments.\n\n- Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly in a fast-paced environment.\n\n- MuleSoft certification is preferred.\n\n- Having good experience in Unix and Linux operating systems and commands.\n\nEducation :\n\n- Bachelors Degree or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, Software
