This role develops reliable data pipelines, integrates diverse sources, and delivers high-quality datasets for analytics, reporting, and business decisions.\nThe ideal candidate brings strong SQL skills, experience with Snowflake and/or Google BigQuery, working Python knowledge, and an interest in automation, troubleshooting, and responsible AI-assisted development.\n Applicants must reside in the United States and be legally authorized to work in the United States to be considered for this position.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop, maintain, and optimize data pipelines using Snowflake, Google BigQuery, SQL, and Python.\nIngest and transform data from APIs, databases, cloud storage, marketing platforms, and third-party sources.\nBuild reusable data models and transformation workflows using SQL, dbt, and established engineering practices.\nImplement data validation, quality checks, monitoring, and troubleshooting for reliable delivery.\nAutomate manual processes and improve pipeline performance, scalability, and maintainability.\nUse tools such as Fivetran, Supermetrics, and cloud services for data integration when appropriate.\nUse ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI tools for development, debugging, testing, and documentation; validate outputs for accuracy and security.\nCollaborate with data architects, analytics teams, and stakeholders to deliver trusted, analytics-ready datasets.\nRequired Qualifications\n2+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or a related technical role.\nStrong SQL skills and experience developing and supporting production data pipelines.\nHands-on experience with Snowflake and/or Google BigQuery, with the ability to learn and support both platforms.\nWorking knowledge of Python for data processing, automation, and API integrations.\nFamiliarity with dbt or similar data transformation frameworks.\nExperience with AWS and/or Google Cloud environments.\nUnderstanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT, Git, and data quality practices.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nBachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.\nPreferred Qualifications\nFivetran, Supermetrics, or similar integration tools.\nTableau or comparable business intelligence platforms.\nChatGPT, Claude, or other AI-assisted development tools.\nCI/CD, orchestration, automated testing, or data governance.\nMarketing, advertising, CRM, or healthcare data integrations.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nDeliver reliable, automated, and well-documented data pipelines.\nImprove data quality, processing efficiency, and platform reliability.\nBuild reusable solutions that reduce manual maintenance.\nCollaborate effectively with technical and business teams.\nPerks and Benefits\nCompetitive salary; health, dental, and vision benefit packages.\nCompany-paid life, short-term disability, and long-term disability insurance; FSA/HSA options.\n401(k) with company match; flexible paid time off; paid parental leave.\nHybrid and remote schedules; employee assistance and referral programs.\nAbout Us:\nUnlock Health is a full-service marketing communication agency, grounded in technology, built for healthcare - and integrated with a managed care consultancy with deep revenue strategy expertise.
