You will also build customer POCs, validate new product ideas and develop successful prototypes into production features.\nThis role is suited to an engineer who takes ownership, works quickly and can deliver complete solutions without requiring highly detailed instructions.\nKey Responsibilities\nBuild and maintain full-stack web applications.\n\nDevelop intuitive interfaces for land, planning, development and geospatial workflows.\n\nDesign APIs, backend services and data models for complex planning and property data.\n\nBuild AI-powered features using LLMs, agents, retrieval systems and structured data workflows.\n\nIntegrate external datasets, APIs, mapping services and document-processing systems.\n\nBuild functional POCs and prototypes for enterprise and public-sector customers.\n\nConvert successful prototypes into reliable and scalable production features.\n\nWork closely with product managers, planners and designers to understand customer requirements.\n\nParticipate in technical workshops, selected client meetings and product demonstrations.\n\nImprove application performance, security, testing, observability and reliability.\n\nMake practical technical decisions based on delivery speed, maintainability and customer value.\n\nUse AI-assisted coding tools effectively while remaining responsible for code quality and final delivery.\n\nRequirements\nDemonstrated experience building and deploying full-stack web applications.\n\nStrong proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript and React, Next.js or a similar framework.\n\nBackend development experience with Python, Node.js or a comparable technology.\n\nStrong understanding of APIs, relational databases, authentication and cloud deployment.\n\nHands-on experience integrating LLMs, AI APIs or AI-powered workflows into software products.\n\nAbility to take a product from concept to prototype and production deployment.\n\nExperience using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex or similar tools.\n\nStrong product thinking and ability to work with incomplete or changing requirements.\n\nAbility to move quickly without compromising security, reliability or maintainability.\n\nStrong communication and problem-solving skills.\n\nProfessional-level English.\n\nComfortable working independently in a fast-moving startup environment.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, Python, PostgreSQL, Supabase or similar technologies.\n\nExperience building AI agents, RAG systems, document-processing workflows or data platforms.\n\nExperience with GIS, mapping libraries, spatial databases or geospatial data.\n\nExperience building enterprise SaaS or workflow software.\n\nExperience delivering enterprise or public-sector POCs.\n\nFamiliarity with architecture, urban planning, real estate development or the built environment.\n\nExperience working directly with customers to clarify requirements and resolve technical issues.\n\nA portfolio of products or applications personally built and deployed.\n\nWhat Success Looks Like\nShipping reliable product
