The team counts on your steady hand and clear thinking to keep our infrastructure healthy and resilient.\n\nWhat you will do\n\nMaintain and administer computer servers, networks, and workstations, updating configurations as needed.\n\nRun regular data backups and disaster recovery tests to confirm we can restore systems when needed.\n\nSet up and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting for company services, and respond promptly to incidents.\n\nApply security updates and maintain information security controls across servers, workstations, and cloud services.\n\nBuild, run, and maintain the development, test, and production environments for our in-house ERP system.\n\nAutomate the build and deployment process of our ERP to streamline and reduce manual work.\n\nDiagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or network issues, replacing defective components as needed.\n\nDocument infrastructure, configurations, and recovery procedures so the team always has up-to-date references.\n\nCoordinate and implement network security measures to protect our data and systems.\n\nWhat success looks like\n\nServers and network are available and reliable, meeting agreed service levels.\n\nBackups run on schedule and are regularly tested for successful restores.\n\nSecurity updates are applied within the agreed window, keeping vulnerabilities closed.\n\nERP releases are deployed automatically and consistently across environments.\n\nWhat you bring\n\nYou have a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification in a relevant field.\n\nAt least two to four years of experience working with servers, networks, and IT infrastructure.\n\nYou are comfortable reading system and network configurations and using both administrative and troubleshooting tools.\n\nHands-on experience with operating systems (Linux and/or Windows), virtualization, and cloud-based management software.\n\nYou know how to automate deployments using configuration management or scripting tools.\n\nExperience setting up and using monitoring, logging, and alerting tools.\n\nYou can apply security updates and harden systems following best practices.\n\nClear communication skills, both written and spoken, for documenting and sharing procedures.\n\nNice to have\n\nExperience building or supporting ERP systems or similar business applications.\n\nBackground in network engineering or managing cloud-based security tools.\n\nWork in environments where automation and documentation are central to
