掌握操作系统基础，理解进程与线程、并发同步、内存管理、中断等基本概念。\n\n3. 熟悉 Linux 基本操作和开发环境，对嵌入式软件、Linux 内核或 Android 底层开发有兴趣。\n\n4. 具备一定的计算机体系结构或数字电路基础，愿意学习硬件接口、芯片手册及软硬件协同调试。\n\n5. 具备良好的问题分析能力，能够通过日志、实验和代码阅读验证判断，认真对待代码质量。\n\n6. 具备良好的学习能力、沟通协作能力和责任心，能够阅读英文技术文档。\n\n加分项：\n\n1. 有 Linux、Android、嵌入式系统相关课程设计、毕业设计、实习或开源项目经历。\n\n2. 有开发板调试、设备驱动开发经验，了解设备树及 I²C、SPI、UART、USB 等常见接口。\n\n3. 接触过高通、MediaTek 等芯片平台，或有 AOSP 编译、刷机、Kernel／HAL 开发经验。\n\n4. 使用过 Git、GDB、ADB、logcat、dmesg 等工具，或能够使用 Python／Shell 编写调试和自动化脚本。\n\n5.
