actions.\n3.Execute preventive maintenance of\nmoulds as per the approved maintenance schedule.\n4.Ensure timely mould repair and\nrestoration to support production requirements.\n5.Minimize mould breakdowns and\nensure zero customer line stoppage due to tooling issues.\n6.Coordinate emergency breakdown\nmaintenance activities for moulds.\n7.Visit outsourced suppliers/service\nproviders to review mould maintenance and repair activities.\nSpare Management\n8.Identify mould spare part\nrequirements based on mould condition.\n9.Raise material indents based on\napproved spare stock levels.\n10.Maintain adequate inventory of\ncritical mould spares to ensure uninterrupted operations.\nCost Optimization & Improvement\n11.Drive cost-saving initiatives\nthrough mould repair optimization and yield improvement.\n12.Analysis mould failure trends and\nimplement corrective and preventive actions.\n13.Implement Kaizen and continuous\nimprovement projects to enhance mould life and productivity.\nDocumentation\n& Compliance\n14.Maintain daily mould maintenance\nlogbooks and service records.\n15.Verify and review maintenance\nlogbooks maintained by the Tool Room team.\n16.Maintain and update documents as\nper ISO, IATF 16949, VSA and internal requirements.\n17.Ensure proper record retention\nand traceability of maintenance activities.\n5-S\n18.Ensure implementation and\nsustenance of 5S practices within the Tool Room.\n19.Follow all safety requirements\nand support safe working practices during mould maintenance activities.\n20.Work in shifts and provide\nmaintenance support as assigned by the reporting superior.\nDesired Technical Skills\nInjection mould maintenanceand troubleshooting.\n\nPreventive and predictivemaintenance techniques.\n\nMould assembly, fitting,polishing, and repair.\n\nUnderstanding of hot runnersystems, cooling circuits, lifters, sliders, and ejector systems.\n\nKnowledge of toolingmaterials and machining processes.\n\nSpare parts planning andinventory control.\n\nRoot Cause Analysis (RCA),Why-Why Analysis, and CAPA implementation.\n\nKnowledge of ISO 9001, IATF16949, VDA requirements.\n\nSoftware\nSkills\nSAP (PM/MM Modulepreferred).\n\nMS Excel, PowerPoint, andWord.\n\nMaintenance recordmanagement
