You will work closely with product, engineering, and leadership to ship experiments, measure impact, and scale what works.\nIn this role, you will:\nRun rapid growth experiments across website, onboarding, product flows, and campaigns\n\nImprove conversion from visitor to active user to paying customer\n\nBuild and optimize growth funnels end to end\n\nUse product data to identify friction and opportunities\n\nAnalyze in‑product behavior using Azure telemetry and Application Insights\n\nPartner with engineering to embed growth directly into the product\n\nLaunch experiments and landing pages with minimal process\n\nFocus on metrics that matter, not vanity metrics\n\nWhat We Are Looking For\n5+ years in growth, product growth, performance marketing, or similar hands‑on roles\n\nProven ability to move real business or product metrics\n\nStrong analytical skills and comfort with product data and dashboards\n\nAbility to work closely with engineers and product teams\n\nBuilder mindset: you prefer testing over debating\n\nComfortable in a fast‑moving environment with real ownership\n\nNice to have: \nExperience with Azure telemetry or Application Insights\n\nExperience with developer tools, SaaS, or technical products\n\nExperience working in Microsoft developer ecosystem\n\nExperience working with open‑source communities\n\nWhy This Role MattersUno Platform is already used by developers around the world, but we are still early in our growth.
