The ICT Associate Business Intelligence is expected to develop new dashboard and Applications to support and digitalize the mission business processes.\n Analysis and Development\n Perform business and scope analysis, gathering of requirements and documentation, preliminary system analysis, data cleansing and enrichment, migration, and change management initiatives \n Build procedures to extract, transform and load data ETL from different enterprise systems required to refresh Business Intelligence products as per the agreed schedule.\n Developing and testing Business Intelligence reports and dashboards in different areas.\n Develop new Power BI applications to improve and digitalize the business processes.\n Quality Assurance\n Review UNSOS Business intelligence datasets for quality, completion and accuracy.\n Monitor and review dashboards to identify and resolve issues in timely and accurate manner.\n Review existing internal data collection and monitoring processes and help the unit in the development of process improvement to enhance overall data quality.\n Support the unit in the establishment and improvement of standards and strategies for data management, lifecycle, and quality. \n Capacity Development\n Participate in the organization, preparation and delivery of both certified and focused functional business intelligence training workshops to ATMIS, FGS and FSS.\n Perform other duties as may be reasonably required and in line with the incumbent’s scope of services above.\n Education Requirements\n Required\n A first-level university degree Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferably in Applied Mathematics, Electronics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems /Technology, Engineering or related fields with 4 years of relevant experience OR\n Advanced university degree Master’s degree or equivalent preferably in Applied Mathematics, Electronics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems /Technology, Engineering or related field with 2 years of relevant experience.\n Desired\n Relevant professional certifications in Microsoft Power BI, SAP.
