experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and infrastructure best practices.\nCybersecurity knowledge: Deep understanding of authentication/authorization flows, OWASP top 10 secure coding, and data privacy.\nStartup agility: Prior experience in early or growth-stage startups with a bias toward rapid development and problem-solving.\nTooling: Familiarity with CI/CD, microservices architecture, and Docker/Kubernetes is a big plus.\nSoft skills: Strong ownership mindset, effective communication, and team leadership.\n\nNice to Have: \nSecurity engineering: Experience participating in security reviews and building systems with compliance in mind.\nObservability and performance: Familiarity with performance monitoring tools and optimization strategies.\nDevSecOps mindset: Understanding of
