Hands-on experience with Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and printer troubleshooting.\n\nTechnical Skills:Familiarity with Active Directory, remote desktop tools, and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).\n\nSoft Skills:Strong time management and ability to handle multiple priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
