practices.\nHands-on experience with Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and cloud platforms.\nExperience defining operational standards, reliability processes, and engineering best practices.\nStrong understanding of SLI, SLO, KPI, observability, and incident management concepts.\nAbility to collaborate with engineering leaders, architects, and business stakeholders.\nExperience working in large-scale or enterprise environments.\nFluent German (B2+) and confident communication with stakeholders.\nStrong leadership and stakeholder management skills.\nNice to have:Experience with SRE adoption initiatives.\nExperience introducing Error Budget practices.\nExperience building platform engineering capabilities.\nAzure, AWS, Kubernetes, or Terraform certifications.\nExperience supporting organizational transformation initiatives.\nExperienced in using AI tools in day-to-day workflow\nZakres obowiązków\nDrive DevOps and SRE best practices across multiple engineering teams.\nDefine and improve reliability standards, KPIs, SLIs, and SLOs.\nSupport the implementation of reliability-focused governance and operational processes.\nImprove incident management and operational excellence practices.\nCollaborate with engineering leadership on platform and reliability initiatives.\nPromote cloud-native and automation-first approaches.\nAct as a trusted advisor on
