Previous claims experience isn't required so if you're organised, customer-focused and eager to learn, we'd love to hear from you.\nWhat you'll be doing\nYou'll be part of a supportive Claims team responsible for helping customers throughout their claims journey. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:\nRegistering new claims accurately and efficiently\nManaging customer and broker enquiries via email and telephone, so confidence in speaking to people is key\nProviding excellent customer service and keeping customers informed throughout the process\nProcessing claims related administration and correspondence\nSupporting the management of long-term claims by reviewing ongoing cases \nUpdating customer records and maintaining accurate information across multiple systems\nManaging shared mailboxes and workflow queues to ensure service levels are met\nSupporting colleagues across the wider Claims team with a variety of administrative tasks\nLooking for opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience\nWhat we're looking for\nWe're more interested in your potential than your previous industry experience. To be successful in this role, you'll bring:\nExperience providing great customer service, whether face-to-face, over the phone or via email\nExcellent attention to detail and accuracy\nStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities\nConfidence learning new systems and processes\nGood communication skills, both written and verbal\nA positive, team-focused
