Join us.\nGeneral Summary:\nWe’re looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of AI, machine learning, GenAI, and agentic AI initiatives while directly leading and developing a small to mid-sized team. You’ll oversee delivery across multiple cross-functional teams, bringing together data science, engineering, product, platform, security, architecture, and business partners to create predictable, consistent delivery and measurable business outcomes.This is a people leadership and delivery leadership role, not a hands-on coding position. The ideal candidate is an experienced technology leader who has delivered AI/ML, GenAI, MLOps, or complex data solutions and has enough technical depth to effectively engage with and challenge technical teams. Success will depend heavily on team leadership, delivery execution, stakeholder management, and budget and resource ownership.\nJob Specifications:\nBachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.\n5+ years of technology delivery experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.\nPeople management experience, including coaching, developing, and building high-performing technical teams.\nExperience delivering AI/ML, GenAI, MLOps, ML pipeline, or data-platform solutions, with meaningful AI/ML delivery exposure.\nWorking knowledge of the ML/LLM lifecycle, including model evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and production support.\nTechnical depth to effectively engage with data scientists and engineers and understand concepts such as RAG, model evaluation, integration, and production readiness.\nExperience managing budgets, forecasting, staffing, and resource allocation.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.\nExperience with Agile/Lean delivery practices and leading through ambiguity and changing priorities.\nFamiliarity with agentic AI, cloud AI platforms, and responsible AI practices preferred.\nPrincipal Duties and Responsibilities:\nDirectly manage, coach, and develop a small to mid-sized team, building a high-performing, accountable team.\nLead end-to-end delivery of AI/ML, GenAI, and agentic AI initiatives from discovery and proof of concept through production and adoption.\nLead delivery across multiple initiatives and scrum teams, ensuring priorities, commitments, and business outcomes are achieved.\nPartner with Product Owners, technical teams, and business stakeholders to establish priorities, success measures, delivery milestones, and production readiness.\nIdentify and resolve delivery risks and dependencies across data, engineering, platform, security, architecture, and business teams.\nProvide sufficient technical leadership to challenge estimates, identify risks, and facilitate decisions around AI/ML delivery, evaluation, integration, and deployment.\nEstablish appropriate delivery standards, stage gates, and responsible AI practices throughout the lifecycle.\nManage staffing, capacity, budgets, forecasting, resource allocation, and vendor relationships across the portfolio.\nBuild team capability through coaching, development, cross-training, and identification of emerging skill needs.\nUse delivery, adoption, quality, cost, and business outcomes to measure performance and continuously improve execution.\nBuild trusted relationships with business and technical stakeholders and communicate risks, trade-offs, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership.\nStay current on relevant AI capabilities and delivery practices, including GenAI, RAG, agentic AI, model evaluation, and AI governance.\n~IN1\nOur company is built on helping individuals and families, and this starts with our employees.
