Our products support real-world applications across commercial, government, and defense markets, where quality, reliability, and performance matter.\nA Day in the Life\nYour day may include:\nAssembling battery packs used in drone systems\n\nOperating testing equipment and verifying product performance\n\nReading and following work instructions and build documentation\n\nPreparing materials and components for assembly\n\nPerforming quality checks throughout the build process\n\nWorking with teammates to keep production moving\n\nMaintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace\n\nIdentifying opportunities to improve quality and efficiency\n\nSuccess in this role comes from being detail-oriented, following instructions, and taking pride in building quality products every day.\nWhat You'll Do\nRead and accurately follow work instructions and build documentation for different battery pack configurations\n\nAssemble battery packs according to established quality and safety standards\n\nPerform welding and soldering operations\n\nApply heat shrink materials and prepare battery pack components\n\nCut foam and heat shrink materials according to part numbers and work instructions\n\nOperate battery testing equipment and follow testing procedures based on battery configuration\n\nKeep track of materials, components, and equipment to support an efficient production process\n\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment\n\nWork closely with teammates and supervisors to identify and resolve production issues\n\nSupport continuous improvement efforts to help make our processes better\n\nWhat You'll Bring\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality\n\nGood hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity\n\nAbility to recognize patterns and identify inconsistencies\n\nAbility to read, understand, and follow written work instructions in English\n\nWillingness to learn new skills and hands-on assembly techniques\n\nAbility to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy\n\nAbility to sit for extended periods when required\n\nPositive attitude and team-first mindset\n\nWillingness to ask questions and speak up when something doesn't look right\n\nPrevious assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus, but it's not everything.
