We strive for excellence through daily transaction monitoring, promptly reporting suspicious activities to merchants, implementing effective counteractions based on fraud patterns, and continuously refining our processes. By ensuring the safety and integrity of our business, we maintain high-performance standards across all channels and merchant segments.\nWhat your work will look like:\nDaily monitoring of transactions, report fraud suspicious to merchants, follow-up of Fraud suspicion cases, counteractions based on fraud patterns (e.g.: creation of rules based on specific patterns seen).\nUpdate of rules based on fraud patterns - TM rule engine and internal risk engine.\nMonitoring the number of transactions successfully stopped because of Stop Fraud process vs. False positives.\nMonitoring numbers linked to the performance of the overall business - per merchant, channel, etc.\nConstant development and improvement of reports to keep track of numbers and potential gaps.\nProcess confidential correspondence like letters from lawyers, customers, letters of insolvency and police inquiries.\nWhat you need to be successful in this role:\nBachelor or Master degree in a quantitative field.\nAt least 1 year experience in a similar position related to fraud prevention.\nAbility to analyse and interpret data .\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to continuously challenging the status quo.\nExperience with fraud detection software and tools.\nWorking knowledge of SQL (or similar coding language) and creating Tableau reports is a big advantage.\nEnthusiasm and hands-on mentality to built on a sound existing foundation a state-of-the are risk management framework.\nStrong teamwork abilities and the capacity to constructively impact teams in a changing environment.\nFluency verbally and in writing in English, German is a plus.\nPlease note that we will not sponsor your visa or relocation, and you must have a valid work permit to be eligible for this position.\nWhat’s next?\nDoes it sound exciting? - Apply with your CV in English.
