As part of a cross-functional team, you will work with product managers, business stakeholders and engineers to turn business needs into reliable software. Your work will combine Dynamics 365 and Power Platform development with Azure services, secure APIs and event-driven integrations, taking solutions from design through deployment and operation. .\nWhat your work will look like:\nDesign, develop, and maintainDynamics 365 CRM solutions on Dataverse, including data models, plug-ins, custom APIs, model-driven Power Apps, and Power Automate flows. Choose configuration or custom code according to maintainability, performance,and business needs.\n\nBuild Azure applications and integration services using C# and .NET, with services such as Azure Functions, App Service, and API Management to connect Dynamics 365 with the wider platform.\n\nDevelop and consume REST APIs, Dataverse Web API and OData endpoints, and GraphQLAPIs. Define clear contracts, validation, versioning,and error handling with the teams that own connected systems.\n\nConnect Dynamics 365 and Azure services to Apache Kafka through integration services and event producers and consumers. Design for retries,duplicate messages, schema evolutionand reliable data synchronisation.\n\nImplement secure service-to-service access using OAuth 2.0 and Microsoft Entra ID, including app registrations, permissionsand managed identities where appropriate. Protect credentials and secrets with Azure Key Vault.\n\nBuild and improve CI/CD for Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Azure applications. Use Git and Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions to automate builds, tests and deployments, including solution packaging, managed solutions, environment variablesand connection references.\n\nOwn quality and operability through automated unit, integration and API contract tests, code reviews, monitoringand troubleshooting: document technical decisions and support releases and production incidents.\n\nWork closely with business and engineering colleagues to clarify requirements, agreeacceptance criteriaand deliver usable solutions in small increments.\n\nWhat you need to be successful in this role:\nProfessional software engineering experience, including hands-on delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Dataverse solutions in production.\n\nStrong C# and .NET skills, plus JavaScript or TypeScript for Dynamics 365 customisation. Practical experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, plug-ins, Dataverse data modelling and security roles.\n\nExperience developing and operating applications onAzure, with an understanding of cloud security, configuration, logging, monitoringand application performance.\n\nPractical experience with REST, GraphQLand OAuth 2.0, and the ability to design, implement and troubleshoot integrations across system boundaries.\n\nExperience with Apache Kafka and event-driven integration, including producers and consumers, consumer groups, deliverysemanticsand idempotent processing.\n\nHands-on experience with Git, automated testing, and CI/CD, particularly application lifecycle management for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, and deployingAzure applications.\n\nSound judgement about software architecture, data consistencyand maintainability. You can explain technical trade-offs clearly and collaborate across engineering and business functions.\n\nA degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\nNice to have :\nAI-assisted development using tools such as GitHub Copilot or coding agents to support implementation, test creation, debugging,and documentation.
