Data Engineering FundamentalsStrong hands-on experience in ETL/ELT pipeline development\nProficient in data transformation, cleaning, and modeling\nSolid experience with SQL and working with large datasets\nFamiliar with Airflow, AWS Glue, S3, Redshift, Lambda\nUnderstanding of data quality, lineage, and reliability concepts\n2. Programming & Backend DevelopmentStrong proficiency in Python (preferred) or similar backend language\nExperience building RESTful APIs and backend services\nAbility to write clean, maintainable, production-grade code\n3. GenAI / LLM CapabilitiesHands-on experience working with LLMs (e.g. OpenAI, Claude, or QWEN)\nUnderstanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture\nExperience with embeddings, vector databases, and prompt orchestration\nAbility to connect enterprise data with LLMs in a secure and scalable way\n4.
