We are looking for SAP Developers who will be working on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and leading a team of junior developers. You will focus on carrying out actively and responsibly the technical and operational activities assigned to you. Acting with progressively increasing autonomy within teams, you will be accountable for the quality, maintainability and cloud readiness of delivered solutions and for ensuring alignment with clients’ priorities, targets and needs. You will have the opportunity to share your experience with colleagues in Thessaloniki and abroad and help realize our ambition: "make an impact that matters".

As a BTP developer you will be expected to:

• Design, develop and implement cloud extensions and applications on SAP BTP using relevant runtimes and frameworks (Cloud Foundry, Kyma, CAP, Node.js).
• Develop front end extensions and user interfaces using SAPUI5 / Fiori and consume OData / REST APIs.
• Work with SAP HANA, CDS and data modelling for cloud scenarios, ensuring efficient data access and performance.
• Apply cloud native engineering practices including CI/CD pipelines, Git based workflows, automated testing, containerization and observability/monitoring.
• Implement security and identity best practices (XSUAA, OAuth, destinations, roles & authorizations) and ensure compliance with enterprise security standards.
• Troubleshoot, monitor and support deployed cloud solutions; perform root cause analysis and implement fixes in a timely manner.
• Produce and maintain technical specifications, test cases, runbooks and operational documentation.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, lead code reviews and promote coding standards, performance and maintainability.
• Keep up to date with SAP BTP innovations and industry best practices; propose adoption of new tools and patterns where relevant.
• Contribute to project planning, estimation and risk identification; communicate progress and escalate issues to project management as required.

Key Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in SAP BTP Development and a good understanding of SAP technologies, including SAP Fiori, SAP HANA, Build Work Zone, Business Process Automation.

• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or a similar technical discipline.
• Have 3+ years of experience as an SAP BTP Developer
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills by dealing with development issues
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Understand data structures and algorithms

Excellent analytical skills, problem solving, self-management capacities and a strong goal-oriented inclination are greatly appreciated.
