This role involves guiding learners to apply theory in practice, develop essential nursing skills, and achieve the Nursing Council competencies required for registration. You’ll work closely with our Clinical Placement Coordinator and workplace preceptors to ensure a seamless, high-quality learning experience.\nKey Responsibilities:\n Deliver engaging teaching in both face-to-face and online formats\nFacilitate clinical learning in real-world settings alongside preceptors\nSupport ākonga to meet academic and clinical expectations\nAssess learner progress and readiness for final Nursing Council exams\nContribute to curriculum development and continuous programme improvement\nCollaborate with clinical partners to maintain high placement standard\nAbout You:\nYou are an enthusiastic, knowledgeable clinician who values education and is ready to invest in developing future nurses.
