You'll be pivotal in ensuring students are prepared academically and practically for their work placements. You'll ensure proactive compliance with regulatory framework, enhance student engagement and ensure academic success through effective placements. You'll teach the next generation of social workers.\nResponsibilities include:\nProvide leadership and develop current, relevant material for fieldwork placements.\nOversee the assessment process to align with learning outcomes, ensuring the quality and compliance of the program with AE standards and regulatory bodies.\nEngage in professional development to enhance teaching quality and stay current with emerging practices.\nDeliver engaging placement induction programs and ensure students meet the requirements for successful placement experiences.\nIncorporating feedback from agencies to enhance the onboarding process.\nCollaborate with all relevant stakeholders to ensure adherence to WHS policies and procedures; Actively participate in the investigation and resolution of incidents.\n You'll have a post-graduate qualification in Social Work, or a related discipline along with eligibility for membership in relevant professional bodies.
