You must be able to commute 4 days a week to our West 22nd Street office in New York.\nAbout The Role\nWe are seeking a client-focused Technical Consultant to join the Delivery team within our Client Services department. In this role, you will guide new clients through implementing UpClear's platform, from the first workshop to go-live. You will learn how each client plans and manages their business, configure the platform to fit the way they work, and train their teams to use it with confidence. You will also support our Sales team with demos and solution scoping. You will need to be comfortable with data and configuration, but your success will be measured by how well your clients adopt the platform and get value from it.\nResponsibilities\nLead implementation workstreams for new clients, from kickoff and requirements workshops through configuration, testing, and go-live.\nRun workshops with client stakeholders to understand their trade promotion, planning, and revenue management processes, and translate what you learn into platform configuration.\nConfigure UpClear's platform to meet client requirements, including setup of data, hierarchies, and user access.\nPrepare, map, and validate client data using Excel and SQL, working with client teams to resolve data quality issues before go-live.\nPlan and deliver training for client users and administrators, and create clear training materials and user guides.\nManage project plans, timelines, and status updates for your workstreams, raising risks early and keeping clients informed.\nAct as a trusted point of contact for clients during implementation, building strong relationships and managing expectations.\nSupport the Sales team with product demonstrations, discovery calls, and scoping of implementation effort for prospective clients.\nDocument each client's configuration and hand live clients over smoothly to ongoing support.\nShare client feedback and recurring requests with the Product team to help shape the roadmap.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field; or equivalent experience.\n5 years of experience in a client-facing implementation, consulting, or professional services role, ideally with a B2B SaaS company or within a CPG environment.\nExperience delivering software implementations, including requirements workshops, configuration, testing, and go-live.\nAdvanced Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, data cleanup) and working knowledge of SQL for querying and validating data.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence leading workshops, training sessions, and demos for business users.\nStrong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage several client workstreams at once.\nA consultative, client-first approach and the ability to explain technical concepts in plain business terms.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Trade Promotion Management, Revenue Growth Management, or Integrated Business Planning software.\nKnowledge of CPG sales, trade, and finance processes.\nExperience supporting pre-sales activities such as demos or solution scoping.\nExperience creating training materials or delivering user training.\nFamiliarity with project tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Smartsheet.\nBenefits\nWHY UPCLEAR ?\nBe part of a growing global SaaS company, with offices in NYC, London, Paris, Singapore.\nWeekly happy hours, good office culture, global cross team collaboration, direct access to executive leadership for guidance.\nWork on latest Cloud technology and build architecture for fast-growing Tech\nUpClear employees have access to a range of competitive benefits, including\nVarious Health Care Plans you can choose from to best fits your needs (Medical, Dental & Vision)\nRetirement Plan with company match (401k, IRA)\nGenerous Paid Time Off package that grows with seniority (Vacation, Sick, and Public Holidays)\nPaid Maternity leave\nPaid Parental bonding leave\nOne month paid sabbatical after five continuous years of work at UpClear\nHybrid work model\nCompetitive Salary ($150K - $190K)\nThe salary range listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.
