To build on this traction, we’re excited to hire a Sr SDR who will play a central role in our go-to-market strategy.\nYou’ll partner closely with AEs to identify and break into strategic accounts, strategic accounts\n\nResearch accounts and develop thoughtful, personalized outreach across multiple stakeholders\n\nQualify prospects and create high-quality opportunities for the AE team\n\nManage your pipeline independently, consistently tracking activity, follow-up, and performance against goals\n\nPartner closely with AEs on account strategy, messaging, and smooth handoffs\n\nShare learnings from prospects and experiments to help improve messaging, targeting, and SDR processes\n\nTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE\n2+ years of SDR/BDR experience\n\nProven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota\n\nExperience with modern GTM tooling such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay, Apollo, or Outreach\n\nAbility to qualify prospects, track progress through the sales cycle, and substantially contribute to pipeline growth\n\nA good sense of humor and a down-to-earth personality\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\n\nA hustling mentality-no task is too small or too
