The candidate will support the development, customization, configuration, and maintenance of FlexPLM solutions while working closely with senior developers and functional teams.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Assist in the development and customization of PTC FlexPLM applications.\n\n- Configure and support core FlexPLM modules including Product Specification, Materials Management, and BOM.\n\n- Develop and enhance Java/J2EE components, basic workflows, forms, and validations.\n\n- Perform bug fixing, minor enhancements, and L2/L3 support activities.\n\n- Support data loading, migration, and data cleanup activities.\n\n- Modify UI components using JSP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.\n\n- Assist with integration support between FlexPLM, ERP, and other enterprise systems.\n\n- Collaborate with QA teams for unit testing and defect resolution.\n\n- Prepare technical documentation and maintain code comments.\n\n- Troubleshoot application issues using logs and debugging tools.\n\nTech Stack & Requirements : \n\n- 4 - 6 years of overall IT experience with 2+ years of experience in FlexPLM or similar PLM tools.\n\n- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Java/J2EE and JSP/Servlets.\n\n- Familiarity with FlexPLM configuration and customization concepts.\n\n- Basic knowledge of Windchill, SQL, and Oracle Database.\n\n- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.\n\n- Basic understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations.\n\n- Exposure to Retail, Apparel, Footwear, or Consumer Goods domains is preferred.\n\n- Basic understanding of Product Lifecycle Management processes.\n\n- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.\n\n- Experience with version control tools such as Git or SVN.\n\n- Exposure to support or enhancement projects.\n\nSoft Skills : \n\n- Good communication and teamwork abilities.\n\n- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\n- Eagerness to learn and grow in FlexPLM technology.\n\n- Ability to follow technical guidance and deliver assigned tasks within timelines.\n\n- Ability to collaborate effectively with senior developers and functional teams.\n\nRole Expectations : \n\n- Deliver assigned tasks with quality and
