engineering leads and senior engineers, with regular 1:1s and clear expectations\nOwn delivery for your domain: commitments, milestones, dependencies and risk\nOwn team growth, including performance reviews, calibration and promotions\nHire and onboard great engineers\nOwn team process: planning, retros, on-call and incident follow-through\nProvide technical judgment in design reviews and help teams balance speed with long-term health\nPartner with Product, pharmacists and customer-facing teams to align priorities and capacity\nRequirements\nRequired\n6+ years in engineering, including 2+ years managing engineers, ideally including team leads (we weigh scope over years)\nExperience owning delivery for a domain, with realistic commitments and early risk tracking\nTechnical judgment to join design reviews, challenge estimates and guide teams through trade-offs\nExperience hiring, coaching and growing engineers, and handling performance issues with care and clarity\nStrong partnership with Product, customer-facing teams and other engineering leaders\nClear written and verbal English communication, and comfort working in a remote team\nNice to Have\nExperience in
