# Engineering Manager - Global, Remote

TJM Labs builds AI-driven automation that strips away the repetitive, error-prone tasks slowing pharmacies down so teams can focus on patient care. TJM Labs is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineering leads and senior engineers who build our pharmacy automation platform. You will own your team's delivery, the growth of your people, and the processes that keep the team reliable, working closely with the Director of Engineering, Product, pharmacists and customer-facing teams. This role is a great fit for a technically credible manager who builds teams as much as software, gives direct feedback, and takes ownership when a commitment is at risk.
