You’ll work closely with technical team members to build practical solutions, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to ongoing product improvements.\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign, build, and maintain software applications, services, and internal tools.\nDevelop new automation solutions and product features for pharmacy workflows.\nBuild and maintain integrations with third-party systems and APIs.\nTroubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability and performance.\nWrite clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.\nParticipate in code reviews and technical discussions.\nCollaborate with teammates to plan, scope, and deliver projects.\nUse modern development tools, including AI-assisted workflows, to improve productivity and software quality.\nIdentify opportunities to simplify processes and improve engineering efficiency.\nContribute to architecture and technical design decisions as the platform grows.\nFollow secure coding practices, protect company data, and adhere to internal information security policies and procedures.\nRequirements\n3+ years of software development experience.\nStrong experience with Python.\nExperience building web applications, APIs, or backend systems.\nExperience with Git, GitHub, and modern software development workflows.\nFamiliarity with databases and data modeling.\nStrong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work independently in a remote environment.\nClear written and verbal English communication skills.\nStrong sense of ownership and accountability.\nNice to Have\nExperience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, or modern frontend frameworks.\nExperience building AI-powered applications, automations, or workflow systems.\nExperience working with cloud
