applications using React, Java, and Spring Boot.\nOwn features end-to-endfrom understanding requirements and technical design to development, testing, deployment, and production support.\nBuild reusable, maintainable, and high-performance frontend components using React.\nDesign and develop robust backend services, REST APIs, and business logic using Java/Spring Boot.\nWork with relational databases such as MySQL and write efficient queries and data models.\nIdentify and resolve performance, scalability, and reliability issues across the application stack.\nWrite clean, testable, maintainable code and contribute to engineering best practices.\nParticipate in code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback.\nCollaborate closely with Product, Design, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams.\nContribute to architectural and technical decisions as the product and engineering ecosystem evolves.\nMonitor production systems, troubleshoot incidents, and drive root-cause analysis and preventive solutions.\nMentor junior engineers and contribute to raising the overall engineering quality of the team.\n\nRequirements: \n4-6 years of professional software development experience.\nStrong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.\nStrong hands-on experience with React.js and modern frontend development.\nGood understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.\nStrong experience building and consuming REST APIs.\nGood understanding of MySQL or other relational databases, including query optimization.\nSolid understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and software design principles.\nExperience with Git and standard software development practices.\nUnderstanding of application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.\nExperience working with AWS or other cloud platforms is preferred.\nExperience with Docker, CI/CD, monitoring, or distributed systems is a plus.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\nAbility to take ownership and drive problems to closure.\nGood understanding of trade-offs between speed, scalability, maintainability, and reliability.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.\nA mindset of continuous learning and improving engineering practices.\nSkills\nJava,
