If you’remotivated by meaningful impact, continuous learning, and working with passionate colleagues, you might be an Uphiller.\nYour Role: Implementation Manager (Spain)\nAs an Implementation Manager, you will be responsible forthe successful deployment and early adoption of UpHill’ssolutions across healthcare organizations in Spain, working closely with public and private hospitals.\nThis is a client-facing, high-ownership role at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and business. You will take end-to-end responsibility for implementations, acting as the main reference for clients during pilots and initial rollouts, and ensuring projects move forward effectively in complex healthcare environments.\nWhat You’llDo\nClient Ownership & Stakeholder Management\nOwn relationships with key client stakeholders, including clinical leaders, hospital management, and IT teams.\nAct as the main point of contact for clients during pilots and early deployments.\nRepresent UpHilllocally in Spain.\nImplementation & Project Leadership\nLead complex hospital implementation projects involving multiple departments and partners.\nDefine project plans, milestones, and responsibilities.\nBe accountable for execution, follow-through, and momentum.\nCross-Functional Coordination\nWork closely with Product, Clinical, Technical, and Commercial teams.\nCoordinate with hospital IT teams and integration partners.\nAdoption & Value Delivery\nEnsure deploymentsdemonstratevalue early.\nIdentifyrisks and bottlenecks proactively.\nWhat We’reLooking For\nExperience & Skills\nExperience in implementation, project management, consulting, or customer success.\nAbility to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects.\nStrong communicationand interpersonal skills.\nHigh ownership and execution mindset.\nComfort in fast-paced startup environments.\nBackground\nExperience working with hospitals or digital health solutions is required.\nGood understanding of the Spanish healthcare system (public and/or private) is required.\nFluency in Spanish and English (Catalan is a
