I look forward to meeting you.”-Yichuan Zhang, Project Manager, Digital Development\nWhat you will do\nSupport the CSU AI Project Manager with project coordination, planning, documentation, follow-up activities, and other day-to-day project tasks\nTake a key supporting role in data preparation, including data collection, cleansing, validation, organization, and basic analysis for AI use cases\nCoordinate and facilitate project meetings, training sessions, and workshops, including preparing materials, capturing outcomes, and tracking agreed actions\nSupport business process mapping and analysis to identify requirements, improvement opportunities, and potential AI applications\nDevelop practical competence in project delivery, process analysis, data preparation, and AI solutions, with the aim of providing basic support for future solutions and continuous improvement\nWho you are\nYou have a bachelor’s degree or above\nYou have an academic background in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related engineering or science discipline\nYou have knowledge of programming languages such as Python, SQL, or similar technologies\nYou have gained experience in data analysis, data visualization, or automation projects through coursework, internships, or personal projects\nYou are a strong analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills\nYou have fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken. Overseas study or work experience is considered an advantage\nYou have a basic understanding of AI, machine learning, data analysis, process automation, or digital transformation concepts.
