If you are motivated by challenging engineering work and want to apply your expertise in a role where your contribution is visible and valued, I would be pleased to welcome you to our team!” - Tuba Koç, Terminal Manager & GM Türkiye\nWhat you will do\nMaintain, troubleshoot, and develop Siemens PLC and HMI systems (Step 7, TIA Portal and WinCC) \nDiagnose and resolve automation, control system, and field instrumentation faults to minimize production downtime on labelstock slitting, rewinding and packing machinery \nCoordinate and participate in preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability \nCollaborate with local and international colleagues to identify and implement process improvements \nSupport automation-related projects, upgrades, and new equipment installations \nMaintain technical documentation, software backups, and change management records for automation systems \nProvide technical support, training and guidance to maintenance technicians and operators when required \nWho you are\nYou have bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field \nYou have at least 5 years of experience in Automation Engineering or related field \nYou have experience in industrial automation maintenance within a manufacturing environment \nYou have hands-on knowledge of Siemens PLC programming and troubleshooting, particularly Step 7 and TIA Portal \nYou have experience with Siemens WinCC HMI systems and industrial communication networks \nYou have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to troubleshooting \nYou are comfortable working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team \nYou are proactive, safety-conscious, and committed to continuous improvement \nYou have good communication skills in English \nExperience with web handling, converting, slitting, packaging, or process industries is considered an advantage \nKnowledge of drives, motor control systems, industrial networks, and instrumentation is considered an advantage \nThis is what we offer to you\nA meaningful job: We have an inspiring purpose “We renew the everyday for a future beyond fossils”.
