We are looking for a BillingSpecialist, Customer Operations to join our team in UPM Business Hub Poland in Wrocław.

What you will do
Deliver accurate sales invoicing for forestry services and B2B business partners as well as accurate miscellaneous invoicing
Handle master data requests related to customer master data
Perform tasks related to sales invoice collection together in collaboration with the Business personnel and Finance collection team
Management of purchase orders and delivery specifications, and verification of purchase orders for B2B purchasing process in cooperation with the Business personnel
Monitor B2B customer and vendor accounts together with Finance & Controlling
Perform and report of above mentioned tasks and any other tasks assigned by manager, according to defined monthly targets
Daily collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
Support continuous improvement of customer service processes and ways of working
Who you are
You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, and have Finnish language proficiencyat a minimum B2 level
You have experiencein customer service, SAP, Excel, and billing operations, which will be considered an advantage
You enjoy collaborating across functions in an international setting and possessexcellent communication and interpersonal skills

This position offers a hybrid working model, combining remote work from home with regular on-site collaboration in Wrocław.
The position holder will report to Team Leader, Customer Operations.
