If you're motivated by meaningful work and enjoy making a positive impact, we encourage you to apply - Frank Alleven, Finishing Manager Global Operations\nWhat you will do\nPromote and support behaviors consistent with our Safety Principles\nAssure a safety conscious work environment including JHA review and implementation and safety walks\nOverall ownership of improvements surrounding Safety, Quality, Service, and Productivity\nEnsure products are produced correctly and consistently, meeting given specifications, supported by SOP’s and IT-tools\nWrite standard operating procedures to revise current procedures or when new procedures are needed\nProcess evaluation and improvements in the finishing department, including slitting, rewinding, packing, material handling and warehouses\nEvaluate run-ability of materials, make or recommend process changes to improve overall outcomes\nResponsible to evaluate and qualify new products and product transitions in the finishing department\nLead continuous improvement projects, including but not limited to Lean Six Sigma projects.
