This position is located in Delhi (Sonipat, Haryana), India.\nWhat you will do\nCoordinate and monitor logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management \nOptimize shipping routes, modes, and carriers to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.\nTrack and trace shipments, resolving any delays or issues that may arise\nCollaborate with internal departments (e.g., sales, production) and external partners (e.g., suppliers, freight forwarders) to ensure smooth operations\nPrepare and process shipping documentation, including customs declarations and invoices\nAnalyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions\nEnsure compliance with all relevant international and domestic shipping regulations\nParticipate in negotiating contracts with logistics service providers\nMaintain accurate records of logistics activities and provide regular reports to management\nImplement and monitor safety procedures within logistics operations\nWho you are\nYou have excellent regional, English and Hindi language skills, oral and written\nYou have prior experience of working in logistics/supply chain/transportation function within manufacturing environment with a comprehensive knowledge of logistics processes and procedures \nYou have good knowledge of technical regulations related to logistics such as import/export and customs regulations, including security requirements to include certification in goods handling and aviation security \nYou have good knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes and of supply chain management\nYou have strong interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills \nYou are customer focused\nYou have good practical knowledge of Microsoft Office package, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook etc\nYou have ability to analyse and solve problems in a logical manner\nYou are self-motivated as well as able to prioritise workloads and multi-task\nYou have ability to guide and support operations teams in meeting the needs of the customer and company objectives\nThis is what we offer to you\nA meaningful job: We have an inspiring purpose “We renew the everyday for a future beyond fossils”.
