You will collaborate with safety, planning, quality, maintenance, customer service, and logistics teams to support daily operations. Your focus will be to ensure the necessary consumables, resources, and work instructions are in place to meet production expectations while maintaining safety as a top priority in everything we do. In this position, you will:\nEnsure and continuously improve safety performance within your area of responsibility, promoting a strong safety culture and compliance with site standards\nLead and actively participate in DMS Tier 1 and Tier 2 meetings, ensuring effective communication and escalation of critical operational topics\nCoordinate daily production activities, balancing workload, priorities, staffing, and capacity requirements to meet production targets\nEnsure production teams have the necessary information, materials, tools, and resources required to execute the daily plan successfully\nAct as a key point of contact for day-to-day operational matters and escalate issues appropriately when additional support or decisions are required\nWork closely with Safety, Production Planning, Maintenance, Quality, Logistics, and other functions to ensure alignment and smooth execution of production activities\nMonitor production performance and proactively identify bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities to enhance productivity and service performance\nManage resource planning and workforce allocation, ensuring adequate staffing levels and effective use of available skills and capabilities\nDrive the development and sustainment of 5S, visual management, and standardized ways of working across the production area\nFacilitate effective information flow between shifts, departments, and support functions to ensure transparency and operational continuity\nDrive the adoption of digital communication and collaboration tools, including Microsoft Teams, to improve operational communication and knowledge sharing\nSupervise and lead the coating and finishing teams, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality operations while meeting production targets\nWho you are\nYou have 2-5 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role\nYou manage your time effectively, prioritize competing tasks, and stay organized in a changing environment\nYou bring a proactive mindset and look for opportunities to improve processes and ways of working\nYou communicate clearly, build positive working relationships, and collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders\nYou are interested in learning, developing your skills, and growing your career in a production environment\nYou have a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel\nYou speak Dutch fluently and you have good knowledge of English\nThis is what we offer to you\nA meaningful job: We have an inspiring purpose \"We renew the everyday for a future beyond fossils”.
