If that sounds like you, I’d love to hear from you!” - Andrzej Gałka, Supply Planning Manager, EMEIA.\n\nWhat you will do\nPlan production runs and schedule orders based on customer demand, stock levels, available materials and machine capacity\nManage laminate stock levels, balancing reliable delivery with the need to avoid excess stock and waste\nWork with Operations, Procurement and other teams to make sure information flows clearly and production runs smoothly\nLead projects across teams to improve how we plan and work together\nSpot supply risks early, help find solutions and keep the right people informed when plans change\nKeep planning data and production capacity information up to date in our systems\nTrack delivery and inventory performance and take action when results are off target\nPlan trials and samples and support the introduction or phase-out of products\nLook for practical ways to use digital tools and AI to improve planning, decision-making and data quality\nShare your knowledge and support other Supply Planners, including providing cover when needed\nWho you are\nYou have at least 3 years of experience in supply planning or a closely related role\nYou are fluent in English and Polish, both spoken and written\nYou are confident working with Excel and have experience using an ERP system\nYou use data to spot problems, weigh options and make practical decisions\nYou take ownership of your plans and follow through when priorities change\nYou work well with people across different teams and can bring them together to solve problems\nYou are comfortable sharing your knowledge, supporting colleagues and taking the lead when needed\nYou are interested in developing your leadership skills and, over time, taking on broader responsibilities\n\nThis is what we offer to you\nA meaningful job: We have an inspiring purpose “We renew the everyday for a future beyond fossils”.
