# Cleaning Supervisor

Here at UPP we currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our Nottingham team. This is a permanent full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week from 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday. The salary is £29,209 per annum. The Cleaning Supervisor will manage domestic services across the estate, including delivery of soft services, ensuring adherence to the stipulated Service Level Agreement. Role responsibilities include: Plan housekeeping and domestic services, general management, and administrative and control procedures Maintain accurate information on costs incurred on housekeeping and cleaning activities Regular review of existing procedures in order to increase efficiencies and improve service standards and continually review operating practices in order to identify new or alternative methods of work Respond to student complaints within the agreed time scales Manage and train all relevant staff, raising any potential disciplinary or g
