Other duties may be assigned.\nCoordinate and manage the daily logistics operations, including scheduling and overseeing shipments, transportation, and deliveries.\nCommunicate with carriers and other partners to ensure efficient and cost-effective logistics operations.\nPrepare and maintain necessary shipping and transportation documentation, including bills of lading, customs documents, and invoices.\nTrack and manage shipments from origin to destination, resolving any issues that may arise during transit.\nCollaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth coordination of logistics activities.\nAssist with the management of returns, damages, or discrepancies in deliveries.\nOther duties as assigned. \nINTERACTION\nThis position will interact closely with the Sr. Logistics Coordinator, Warehouse Manager, Sr. Manager of Logistics, Sales Support Team, Inventory Specialist, and Project Managers.\nEDUCATION/YEARS EXPERIENCE\nBachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in Logistics Coordination roles.\nProven experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain coordination.\nStrong understanding of supply chain operations and transportation procedures.\nREQUIREMENTSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
