We're looking for someone who knows how to run a jobsite, manage subcontractors, maintain schedules, and deliver quality work from start to finish.\nThe ideal candidate has a strong background in ground up industrial construction, specifically concrete tilt up buildings. Traveling superintendent experience is strongly preferred.\nWhat You'll Do\nOversee daily field operations for ground up industrial tilt up construction projects.\nManage subcontractors, field crews, schedules, and jobsite logistics.\nCoordinate concrete operations, tilt up panel erection, structural work, and subsequent construction phases.\nMaintain project schedules and proactively address delays or field challenges.\nEnforce jobsite safety standards and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.\nWork closely with Project Managers, owners, inspectors, and subcontractors.\nLead subcontractor meetings and communicate project progress.\nMonitor quality, resolve field issues, and ensure work meets project specifications.\nManage inspections, punch lists, and project closeout activities.\nWhat We're Looking For\nProven experience as a Superintendent overseeing ground up commercial or industrial construction.\nIndustrial concrete tilt up construction experience is required.\nExperience managing industrial warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, or similar projects.\nStrong understanding of concrete operations, panel erection, structural systems, and site development.\nAbility to independently manage subcontractors, schedules, safety, and field operations.\nStrong communication, leadership, and problem solving skills.\nTraveling Superintendent experience strongly preferred.\nWillingness to travel or work at project locations as needed.\nWhy Uprite Construction?\nAt Uprite Construction, you'll have the opportunity to lead meaningful projects, work alongside an experienced construction team, and take ownership of your jobsite.\nWe offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, including:\nMedical benefits with 90% of employee coverage paid by Uprite\n401(k) with a 4% company match\nThree weeks of paid time off\nVehicle allowance and cell phone allowance, subject to position eligibility\nPerformance bonus opportunities\nInterested?
