The ideal candidate is hands on, calm under pressure, and respected in the field.\nWhat You'll Do:\nImplement and enforce Uprite Construction safety programs across active jobsites\nConduct regular jobsite safety inspections and audits\nIdentify hazards and ensure corrective actions are completed\nLead jobsite safety orientations and ongoing training for field personnel\nEnsure compliance with OSHA and Cal OSHA regulations\nInvestigate incidents, near misses, and injuries and complete required reporting\nDevelop Job Hazard Analyses and Site Specific Safety Plans\nSupport Superintendents and Project Managers with safety planning and execution\nTrack safety metrics and prepare reports for leadership\nAct as the primary safety contact for clients and inspectors\nPromote a strong safety culture through leadership and example\nWhat You'll Bring:\nMinimum 5 years of construction safety experience\nStrong knowledge of OSHA and Cal OSHA standards\nExperience supporting industrial or commercial construction projects\nAbility to manage multiple active jobsites\nStrong communication and leadership skills\nComfortable working in active construction environments\nProficient with safety documentation and reporting tools\nPreferred Certifications:\nOSHA 30 Construction\nCHST or CSP preferred\nFirst Aid and CPR\nConfined Space and Fall Protection training a plus\nAbout Us\nUprite Construction was established in 1991 as a multi-service construction company specializing in project site development, ground-up, new construction, renovations, and tenant improvements for the commercial and industrial sectors.
