This position offers excellent career growth while working alongside experienced Project Managers and Superintendents on technically challenging facilities.\nWhat You'll Do:\nSupport Project Managers throughout all phases of construction.\n\nManage RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and document control.\n\nCoordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, architects, and engineers.\n\nAssist with scheduling, procurement, budgeting, and cost tracking.\n\nReview drawings and specifications for completeness and constructability.\n\nHelp prepare change orders and project reporting.\n\nTrack long lead equipment and material deliveries.\n\nParticipate in project meetings and site coordination.\n\nAssist with project closeout documentation.\n\nWhat You'll Bring:\nBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.\n\n2 to 5 years of commercial construction experience.\n\nMEP, Cold storage, industrial, food processing, manufacturing, refrigerated warehouse, or distribution center experience preferred.\n\nStrong organizational and communication skills.\n\nExperience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and construction management software.\n\nAbility to work in a fast paced team environment.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExposure to insulated panel systems.\n\nRefrigeration or food processing facility experience.\n\nInternship or project experience in industrial construction.\n\nAbout Us\nUprite Construction was established in 1991 as a multi-service construction company specializing in project site development, ground-up, new construction, renovations, and tenant improvements for the commercial and industrial sectors.
