This role oversees every phase of the project while partnering with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.\nWhat You'll Do:\nLead ground up industrial and commercial construction projects from award through final completion\nDevelop and manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting\nOversee project planning, procurement, subcontractor management, and contract administration\nReview drawings, specifications, and contract documents for completeness and constructability\nManage Requests for Information, submittals, change orders, and project documentation\nPartner closely with Superintendents to coordinate field operations and project execution\nLead owner, architect, subcontractor, and internal project meetings\nIdentify project risks and implement solutions to maintain schedule and budget\nMaintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle\nEnsure compliance with company safety standards and quality expectations\nCoordinate project turnover and closeout documentation\nWhat You'll Bring:\n5 or more years of experience as a Project Manager working for a commercial general contractor\nProven experience managing ground up industrial and commercial construction projects\nTilt up construction experience is highly preferred\nExperience managing warehouse, manufacturing, distribution center, industrial, or large commercial projects\nStrong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, contracts, and cost control\nExperience managing projects from preconstruction through final closeout\nExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills\nProficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, or similar construction management software\nBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred\nPreferred Experience:\nTilt up construction\nWarehouse and distribution facilities\nManufacturing facilities\nIndustrial developments\nConcrete and structural steel construction\nLarge scale commercial projects\nAbout Us\nUprite Construction was established in 1991 as a multi-service construction company specializing in project site development, ground-up, new construction, renovations, and tenant improvements for the commercial and industrial sectors.
