The Superintendent’s home base must be within the Northern California region.\nWhat You'll Do:\nLead all on site construction activities from project start through completion\nOversee ground up commercial projects including tilt up concrete and or industrial structures\nCoordinate subcontractors, inspectors, and vendors to maintain schedule, quality, and productivity\nEnforce safety standards and ensure compliance with local codes and company policies\nMaintain daily field reports, schedules, and accurate progress updates\nCollaborate closely with Project Managers and leadership to resolve field issues efficiently\nRepresent Uprite professionally with clients, inspectors, and trade partners\nWhat You'll Bring:\nProven experience as a Superintendent on ground up commercial construction projects\nTilt up construction and or industrial project experience required\nStrong commercial construction background including industrial, warehouse, or large scale projects\nHome base must be located within the Northern California region\nAbility and willingness to travel across Northern California and throughout the United States as project needs require\nStrong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills\nTravel and Compensation\nTravel required based on project needs\nPer diem provided for travel assignments\nAbout Us\nUprite Construction was established in 1991 as a multi-service construction company specializing in project site development, ground-up, new construction, renovations, and tenant improvements for the commercial and industrial sectors.
