Jr. Paid Social Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Junior Paid Social Marketing Assistant to support our performance marketing team. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in paid social marketing, creative operations, and data analysis within a fast-paced e-commerce environment. You’ll work closely with our internal team and agency partners to launch campaigns, track performance, and execute against weekly marketing cadences.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Campaign Execution & Management

• Set up and launch new Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Applovin ad campaigns based on briefs provided by the performance team

• Upload and organize creative assets, targeting structures, and ad copy

• Perform quality assurance checks to ensure campaigns meet brand and platform standards

Creative & Lander Task Operations

• Translate agency-delivered scripts into clearly structured ClickUp tasks for both video editors and lander designers

• Ensure briefs are complete, organized, and easy for creative teams to execute on

• Maintain a log of active tasks, completion status, and estimated turnaround timelines

Performance Reporting & Data Entry

• Support the creation of weekly performance dashboards using data from Meta Ads Manager and landing page tools

• Maintain internal tracking docs for spend, results, creative performance, and testing priorities

• Enter and organize performance data for analysis and creative post-mortems

Audits & Strategic Support

• Conduct bi-weekly creative and funnel audits across assigned brands

• Summarize findings and flag opportunities to optimize ads, landers, or audience segments

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with media buyers, copywriters, and editors to ensure campaign deadlines are met

• Assist with documentation and internal SOP updates as needed

• Attend scheduled team meetings and take ownership of assigned follow-ups

• Perform any other related tasks that may arise and support the team wherever needed

Requirements

• Based in Latin America and available to work 8 AM - 5 PM EST

• 2+ years of experience in paid social (Meta Ads Manager) or related marketing role preferred

• Strong familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Sheets, and ClickUp (or other PM tools)

• Reliable internet connection and ability to work in a fast-paced remote environment
