If you have the qualities and drive to lead yourself or teams, there are roles ready to cultivate your skills and take you to the next level.\nJob Description:\nTHIS POSITION IS HYBRID AND WILL REQUIRE CANDIDATES TO WORK IN THE FOLLOWING UPS IT LOCATIONS: NEW JERSEY, ATLANTA, MARYLAND, AND KENTUCKY OFFICE 3 DAYS A WEEK\n\n We are seeking a Manager, Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and growth of CommerceShield, UPS Digital's AI-powered fraud, risk, and chargeback protection platform for e-commerce merchants.\nIn this role, you will own a portfolio of products that help merchants assess order risk, automate decisioning, reduce fraud losses, and protect against chargebacks. Working closely with engineering, data science, UX, and go-to-market teams, you will drive both new product innovation and scale existing solutions across multiple channels, including Shopify, APIs, and partner integrations.\nKey Responsibilities\nDefine and execute the CommerceShield product strategy and roadmap.\nPartner with engineering and data science to enhance AI/ML-driven risk scoring and decisioning capabilities.\nLead customer discovery, product experimentation, and 0-to-1 product development.\nDrive API, platform, and partner integration experiences to improve adoption and customer value.\nManage and mentor product analysts while leading cross-functional agile teams.\nOwn business outcomes including adoption, revenue growth, retention, and fraud-loss reduction.\nCollaborate with sales, marketing, legal, finance, and operations on pricing, packaging, and go-to-market initiatives.\nPreferred Qualifications\n5 to 8 years of product management experience in SaaS\nAPIs, or AI-driven products experience is preferred\nStrong understanding of AI/ML concepts, product analytics, and data-driven decision making.\nExperience working with APIs, platform integrations, and technical product development.\nProven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.\nBackground in e-commerce, fraud prevention, payments, risk management, chargebacks, or related domains is highly preferred.\nBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.\nPay Range:\nOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,172/year to 272,736/year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
