If you have the qualities and drive to lead yourself or teams, there are roles ready to cultivate your skills and take you to the next level.\nJob Description:\nDays: Monday-Friday\nHours: 8:00am-5:00pm\nJob Summary\nThe Aircraft Engineering Co-op is responsible for supporting engineers in resolution of aircraft maintenance and reliability items. This includes researching technical issues, drafting Engineering Orders, preparing CAD drawings, analyzing data, and contributing to engineering projects. The Aircraft Engineering Co-op Program allows for placement of the co-op into at least one of the common aircraft engineering disciplines including Structures, Powerplant, Systems, and/or Avionics, as determined to best fit the Co-op and Engineering department needs.\nThe Co-op must have an aptitude for hands-on projects and technical writing, the ability to communicate clearly, and work well with others in a team environment. Ideal candidate will be an engineering student interested in gaining one year of practical experience. This co-op program requires three alternating semesters in support of Aircraft Engineering.\nResponsibilities:\nIdentifies the impact of a problem on multiple areas of the business; recommends improvements to existing processes or programs.\n\nIdentifies and implements process improvements working with analysts, users, and project sponsors.\n\nQualifications:\nGraduated with a Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent in the last 24 months or currently enrolled in an Engineering or related program. Mechanical, Electrical, Aeronautical or Aerospace Engineering preferred.\n\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.\n\nStrong interpersonal communication skills.\n\nSufficient and effective knowledge in programming and algorithms - Preferred.\n\nAdditional Skills and Abilities:\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to work within a group.
