Ensures the maintenance of positive customer relations and the fair, effective resolution of inquiries, exceptions, complaints, and claims in accordance with consumer laws. Develops organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers. Formulates improvement plans based on customer survey feedback. Offers customer service support through various channels such as calls, emails, SMS, and chats. Processes back-office activities and monitors the resolution process of customer cases. Documents incoming information regarding customer concerns and conducts thorough investigations until the case is resolved.\nProvides administrative or technical support to ensure effective on-going operations. Applies knowledge of established processes and procedures to execute with excellence.\nRequires full proficiency in a range of assignments gained through training and considerable experience. Provides solutions to problems in situations that are atypical or infrequently occurring. Takes a broad perspective to problems and spots new, less obvious solutions. Identifies key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data.
