The program offers an immersive, hands-on experience with classroom learning and real-world applications in the heart of UPS Operations. In addition, participants will benefit from self-paced computer-based training and structured mentorship, offering a robust professional network. This position leads the planning and execution of large project implementations and training initiatives.\nUpon successful completion of the program, participants will be eligible to transition into an Industrial Engineering (IE) Supervisor role, where they will apply their training to lead teams, drive process improvements, and support operational excellence.\nResponsibilities\nLeads and supports project and program management.\nLeads and supports process improvements.\nPerforms work measurement using Master Standard Data (MSD).\nConducts Operations Research.\nParticipates in integrated business planning.\nSupports new technology integration and implementation.\nAdministers training and development.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s Degree in one of the following preferred majors:Industrial Engineering\nProcess Engineering\nEngineering & Technology Management\nIndustrial & Manufacturing Engineering\nAutomation Engineering\nSupply Chain Management\nOperations Management/Research\nLogistics\n\nMust have a valid Driver’s License by start date of employment.\nExcellent organizational skills with attention to detail\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills\nEnthusiasm, idealism, creativity and dedication to getting results\nAbility to work collaboratively and independently\nAbility to interact and communicate effectively across business units \nEmployee Type:\nPermanentUPS is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.\nOther Criteria:\nUPS is an equal opportunity employer. The base pay for this position ranges from $71,580.00/year to $133,608.00/year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants are offered annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
