delivery company and we are looking for Customer Service to join our Customer Service department/ Head Offices at Koropi (onsite job)\nMain responsibilities\nHandle incoming calls for pick up, track and trace, service guarantees & service\ninformation, export shipments exception and other enquiries, in professional manner,\nwith objective to provide quality telephone customer service.\nUnderstand UPS service, product, systems and procedures\nIdentify and record customer concern or issues\nRecommend solutions about service concerns to management\nIdentify potential needs of customers and submit sales leads\nWork at the Customers Reception Desk partially and be the first point of contact for our customers providing exceptional service, managing customers' inquiries and ensuring positive customer experience.\nQualifications\nPrior experience in customer service will be considered as a plus\nComputer skills (CRM systems) and ability to use office equipment are required\nFluency in Greek and English is a must\nBe flexible and able to work under pressure\nBe Patient, with a Friendly approach and Can-do attitude\nProblem solving skills & able to follow procedures\nWhat we
